Former American President and the only African-American to occupy the White House, Barack Obama has released his favorite songs for 2020. Nigerian Super Star Wizkid Ayo Balogun's ESSENCE song makes a list.
Essence is a song recorded by Wizkid and Tems on his Made in Lagos album, released in October.
The 44th American President on Saturday, 19th December, released the list on his social media platforms as part of his regular annual report.
This inclusion of Wizkid and Tems on Barack Obama's list is another indication that the Nigerian Entertainment Industry keeps growing and getting acceptability across the world.
