LAGOS STATE GOVERNMENT SEALS OFF CUBANA CLUB AND OTHER FACILITIES

The Lagos State Safety Commission, led by Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Hakeem Odumosu, on Saturday night, 19th December, stormed the Ikeja GRA facility of Cubana grills shut down the facility for hosting its customers despite the ban on night clubs. 

This information was made known by Gawat Jubril, who is the Senior Special Assistant to Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwoolu when he announced via Twitter. 

The Lagos State Government had earlier on Friday announced a ban on concerts, street parties, and night clubs due to the uprising of COVID-19 cases and a prospective 2nd wave of the Pandemic experienced in the country. 

However, Cubana Club is not the only club that was sealed by the Lagos state government. Another club in Admiralty way, known as Di Corner, was also closed.
